We started a remodeling project a few weeks back. Because of this, there have been people in our home. They will continue to be in our home for a few more weeks. They are all, without exception, polite, gracious and even amusing. Yet all I can think of is that I want them to be gone. I want to thank them for their work and show them the door.
I want my privacy back.

Oh, crikey! It was meant to be a bit of a surprise, but we're adding a room on the back of the house off the dining room. Act surprised when you see it, please! Anyway, it looks like we'll be having a family get-together November 8. We're thinking of around 1:00 in the afternoon so it won't be a late drive home for you. Hope that works for you and your family as well as your sis and niece.
:) You didn't think I read your blog, now did you! :) LOL....can't wait to see the addition! 8th doesn't work for us, prior commitment, but hope you guys have a good time! All Saturdays in Nov are booked... The 1st might be a b-day for the youngest, we'll keep you posted!
Oh, I'm so sorry we won't see you on the 8th. We're in the same situation in November, every Saturday and most of the Friday nights are booked. In fact, the 8th is our 22nd anniversary, so we thought it would be a good day for a party!
